Im not sure how many want to come into GMFRS, I know we have plenty who would transfer out, Lancs being the favourite as there are a few 100 or so who travel in from the surrounding areas.

If Lancs have to bin DM+/CPC shifts will that not cause recruitment or just more pumps getting chopped

I have no idea and its perhaps a topic in its own right to be honest.

Don’t confuse all LLAR/DC+ systems with CPC which South York’s wanted to impose.

33% more and working when you want suits plenty.
