Has anyone got an electronic copy of a Fire Service Home Fire Safety Risk Assessment form they could send to me??

I am working on a project where maintenance engineers who occasionally enter domestic premises will be required to complete a simple fire safety checklist. The idea is for them to spot fire safety issues early and refer them to managers to deal with. This provides additional light touch fire safety provision  between routine (5 yearly) formal inspections.

Basing that engineers checklist on a Fire Service HFSRA template will (IMO) ensure best practice is being followed
