Retirement Posters

Ive got about a month to come up with a retirement poster for one of my watch. I usually get a couple a week sent through on email which I generally print and then delete. Im now wishing I could have kept some of the better ones back so I can use it as a template for upcoming retirements. 

My question is, has anyone got any templates in word they can share and if so PM me based on some of your recent retirements. You know the ones, the ones that are far better than just a simple word document with a few pics of said FF asleep in old uniform, but those with nice fancy fonts and balloons etc is what I am after. 

Yes, I know there are several places on the web that may have some standard templates, but those in the job will know what I mean
