So...could you sit an ADC in a brigade you have no desire to work for just to get the ticket ? Or, are they particular to the brigade you sit the ADC? Link to comment
Becile Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 An adc is usually specific to the brigade in which it's' held. As they can choose how they do it, which parts they use etc. It' not a qualification it's a process. When they were first introduced it was considered that this was the way it was going..but most have now gone away from this and just use this as a part of the process. Some brigades will still ask if transferees have been successful in an adc process. Hope this helps 1 Link to comment
