Aerial Appliance Training, MoS and CPD

Afternoon all,

Stuck in the Isle of Man waiting for a flight and was thinking about a piece of work I'm putting together currently about the state of aerial appliance training in the UK. This isn't about Ops at the moment.

I've been gathering information from the Brigades I work with about:

• initial training
• on-station training (maintenance of skills)
• course content
• continuation training (CPD)
• assessment/examination methods
• recourse if the delegate doesn't meet the standard

What standard do you train to?
