Virtual Learning Experiences

I recently started working in Learning and Development where we utilise XVR, e-learning courses (e.g. Effective Command), and the remainder of the virtual learning is PowerPoint led face-to-face (to be clear, we also do plenty of practical training).

I’d be interested in hearing your experiences with virtual learning in your FRS, and whether any delivery methods stood out as being particularly good or bad.
