Yoffey
Following on from LFB recent review this has just hit the West Mids. It’s going through Employment Tribunal at the moment. Link to comment
Carl
We went through it just about 12 months ago, which made the news here. Link to comment
Messyshaw
Scary times. I am not referring to this incident There must be 100s of whatapp groups out there containing black humour and what used to be called banter but is now inappropriate WhatsApp messages are encrypted and Meta are not known for sharing information with law enforcement agencies. So an employment tribunal would have no chance This makes private messages fairly secure but groups are very vunerable Even the most 'innocent ' fire service gallows humour will look pretty grim when forensically examined out of context I have never been so pleased to be retired as the secure job I knew has never been so vulnerable. Jobbo
It's easy enough to not insult people. Edgy humour can still exist without being derogatory and demeaning 🤷🏽♂️ 1 Link to comment
