Buckinghamshire Success

Hi Everyone 

I've just been emailed and offered a provisional place (subject to medical) with Bucks FRS starting in March.  I'm still in shock.

I'm 17 and this was the first job I had ever applied for (back in March) so didn't think I did too well on the interview as I did not have a wealth of experience to draw on to answer some of the questions. I have however been a fire cadet for several years so managed to refer to that for a lot of my answers. Hopefully this will be the start of a long and enjoyable career as I will now be choosing this over another couple of offers I've had from the corporate world in I.T

I feel the information I've read on here has been invaluable and there's no way I would have been as prepared for the recruitment process without it, so thank you to everyone for your posts.
