Popular Post Violet_Snow Posted December 10, 2021 Popular Post Posted December 10, 2021 Hi everyone, I’ve received my unconditional offer to start in January 2022 - what a feeling! I wanted to thank all members for the reassurance and advice during my process of applying. I’ve applied almost every year for 6 years, only to Scotland. First time ever progressing from psychometric situational tests and I somehow (still can’t quite believe it) passed everything else first time from there. Can’t wait to start the course and dedicate the rest of my career to my dream job. Feels weird to say I will actually be in the ‘dream job’ 😀 I never thought I would ever achieve it!! Anyway, thank you so much and I’ll be around here to share and help others too. 9 1

Violet_Snow Posted December 11, 2021 Author Posted December 11, 2021 Thanks All, I’m on cloud 9. I thought I was going to have to wait to be on an April intake as I was a reserve so it feels like all my Christmases have come early! It’s been a nerve wracking wait for the unconditional offer I’m not going lie, but nothing is going to take this smile off my face now. This forum has been a lifeline these last few months, I hope I can give back and help others in the future. Merry Christmas everyone, stay safe 😀 6
ChrisTankie Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 Well done mate! I’ve just applied to Scotland, I’m 42 ex army and this is my first time applying. I haven’t got years to wait as I’m too old. Really scares me how difficult it is. I have heard they are running 4 on 4 off with 2 courses at same time this year? So guess high number of recruits?
