John
Hi If you are already competent and well versed in vehicle rescue and the basic principles of space creation you are part way there. The areas that are more relevant and that you can develop prior to the course are some of the following Lesson planning, schemes of work, resources, SMART objectives Risk assessments Legislation - such as H&S at work, LOWLER, PUWER etc Micro teaches Planning and running small exercises Structured debriefs Environment Safety pre, and post training Equipment Fam If you look up the RTC course on the SFJ or NOS website it tells you what has to be covered. Don't worry the courses are pretty much all really good and will cover all these areas in a nice learning environment. Enjoy Jon Link to comment
