Enhanced Capability Pumps??

I have been doing a little research on Cleveland Fire Brigade for a project I am doing up there and notice that they seem to have replaced any need for a Rescue Unit type appliance by creating 2 x Enhanced Capability Rescue Pump (ECRP)and 2 x Enhanced Capability Decontamination Pump (ECDP). Something I haven't heard of before

So if these pumps share Rescue Unit type kit, what don't they carry in order to make room for this equipment?
