Operational Assurance

Morning everyone

I have a quick question around Ops Assurance and what other services do around fire ground assurance, here in Kent we are in the process of reviewing our current procedures and are interested to learn what others are doing, does your team directly observe the fire ground and record or is this part of the FDS/L2 role?
