LFB Success

I have been hoping to share this one day.

Its been a long , tiring and thorough 10 months. I applied in march 18 with the dream of becoming a firefighter. I did apply the year before (2017) and didn't make it pass the mechanical reasoning side. I then decided I need to revise for the next time (not knowing how many years it would be) I was looking through Google when I found this forum and I am so glad I did. There is so much information and help from members I think alot of me getting my dream job relied on this and my own homework, so a massive thank you to you all.

I received my news today I've been offered an provisional offer to start march 4th subject to refrences and CRB checks.

If you fail your first time don't give up, make that dream an reality. 

I'll stick around to help others with as much advice possible.

Well done pal, also failed mechanical reasoning tests first time round and waiting for the LFB's next recruitment drive, only recently stumbled onto this site myself so I have the confidence to go in and hopefully smash the exams now. 

Hopefully I'll post back a success story similar to yours.
