IDrinkBeer
Iv my copy, dam good read and really brings home what we faced. I was involved at quite a few bombings in my career some quite gruesome, hope those times are gone. Link to comment
TandA
Reading those extracts, I just can’t imagine facing stuff like that, yet they did it not once or twice but time and time again. I have nothing but admiration and respect for the guys who went through the troubles. I hope that they get the ongoing support that a number of them surely need and I have to say it amazes me that they never received any kind of medal in recognition of the service they gave to the people of Northern Ireland. 1 Link to comment
IDrinkBeer
The ongoing support is via the fbu not the brigade. Link to comment
