If The Barcelona Stage Fire Had Been Indoors?

Imagine this fire during a music festival held outdoors, if it were  inside a venue such as Wembley Arena, the O2, or Manchester Arena?

I wonder if there would have been casualties as that rapidly developing job would required one very rapid mass evacuation!

I do understand that these venues have a lot of exit width available (having done a fire risk assessment in part of London's O2 arena), but the smoke generated from this would test any emergency plan even in the best run venue
